Welcome to New Beginnings’ Children’s ministry. Here we strive to bring children into an environment where they will meet God, learn more about His attributes, commands and promises and have a great time doing them! Our teachers and volunteers make your child a priority. We know that Jesus finds our children just as important as the adults who bring them. Kidsplosion is neither a babysitting service nor entertainment time for the children. Our hope for the time spent in Kidsplosion is for the children to build a relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ. Our key verse is 1 Timothy 4:12, where we are told not to let men look down on us because of our youth, but to be examples of the believers in word, conversation, spirit, faith and purity.

New Beginnings UMC adopts Safe Sanctuaries Policies guidelines. These are a set of policies recommended by experts to reduce the risk of abuse in the church. We choose not only to adhere but to exceed the recommended guidelines. By doing so, the children and their parents can focus on worshiping and growing in their knowledge of God without having to worry about the realities of the threats on their children’s safety.
